Bright raspberry and cherry on the nose with floral potpourri, cinnamon, oak and a slight barnyard aromas joining in. The flavour is tart with cherry and baking spices dominating. Light bodied, high carbonation and no discernable bitter. Somewhat puckering in the finish with a tannic bite lingering.
