Fermented with a mixed culture, aged in oak barrels and dry hopped with Mosaic. Bright citrus and tropical fruits in the aroma with yuzu and underripe pineapple standing out. The flavour is reminiscent of a Margarita cocktail due to the lime and light briny notes. Light bodied, tart and a noticeable bitter with a touch of pine in the quick finish.
