Table Beer brewed with aged hops, barley, wheat, rye, & oats, coolship cooled and fermented in oak. Subtle aromas of lemon zest, green apple, honey and hay. Similar flavours with lime juice, chewy bread dough and little minerality coming through. Light bodied, tart, medium carbonation and low bitter. Soft mouthfeel with little apple rind like tannins lingering in the finish.
