A collab with Creature Comforts Brewery; CCB brought their lactobacillus bacteria blend for souring, and Interboro supplied the yeast for fermentation. On the nose orange soda, tangerine and mango dominate with a light peach yogurt coming through. These notes continue in the flavour with peach evolving into apricot, and with the addition of a lime juice like tartnes. Bright, refreshing and crisp!
