Brewed with all NY ingredients, coolship cooled on a variety of farm grown hot peppers.
The nose is bright with floral, lemon candy, oak aromas and a light earthy note. Lightly tart in flavour with notes of yuzu and golden kiwifruit. On the swallow the spiciness of the chilis becomes apparent and lingers in the finish. The spicy heat isn't overpowering and works really well with the beer's residual sweetness. Light bodied, medium carbonation and low to no bitter. A very elegant and balanced approach to incorporating heat into beer.
