Brewed with a variety of additions including an Ethiopian varietal from Sey Coffee. The nose is extremely diverse with notes ranging from cherry bubblegum to forest floor. In between there's a strong vanilla note, espresso, almond brandy and more red berries. In the flavour there's more espresso that, combined with the burnt caramel, vanilla and strong alcohol, very much reminds of Irish Coffee. Syrup like body, soft carbonation and a medium bitter. Although the alcohol is noticeable this beer is incredibly smooth for the 12% alc. Open this beer in front of the fireplace and make memories.
